Does my plan renew automatically?

Not yet — KodiBase currently uses manual renewal. You'll receive a reminder before your billing period ends. Return to this page and pay again to keep Scale active.

Can I downgrade back to Free?

Yes. Your account reverts to the Free plan limits at the end of your paid period. Your data is never deleted.

What payment methods are accepted?

M-Pesa (Kenya) and debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Is my data safe if I stop paying?

Your data is retained for 30 days after a lapsed subscription. You can re-subscribe and pick up right where you left off.
